Fast Accounting has many powerful functions and useful utilities that make the program user-friendly and effective to use.

Accounting system. Fast Accounting 2008.F is added with editions and modifications as per latest regulations the Ministry of Finance: circular letter no.60/2007/TT-BTC, circular letter no. 23/2005/TT-BTC, no.88/2004/TT-BTC, no.84/2004/TT-BTC, no.128/2003/TT-BTC, no.105/2003/TT-BTC, no.120/2003/TT-BTC, decision no.206/2003/QĐ-BTC, no.165/2002/QĐ-BTC, circular letter no.89/2002/TT-BTC, no.55/2002/TT-BTC, no.82/2002/TT-BTC, decision no.144/2001/QĐ-BTC, no.167/2000/QĐ-BTC, circular letter no.122/2000/TT-BTC, decision no. 1864/1998/QĐ-BTC, no.1141/1995/QĐ-BTC

Receivable/ payable management. In Fast Accounting 2008.F, receivables and payables are controlled detailed to customers/ suppliers, invoices and orders, loans and advances. Payment allocation can be auto or manual allocated. Receivables and payables can be offset for sales returns, discounts, rate differences, advances and other sales allowances.

Inventory management. In Fast Accounting 2008.F, there are options for inventory costing methods: FIFO, monthly average, moving average, specific. There are different input screens for different purposes: issuing/ receiving transactions, importing, sales returns, issuing to suppliers, stock transfer…

Fixed asset and tool/supply management. Fixed asset and tool/supply modules allows users to control FA, tool/supply increase/decrease and FA, tool/supplytransfer. Product costing. In Fast Accounting 2008.F, cost accounting module is fully completed for construction projects, process or make-to-order manufacturing. Multi-currency data control. Fast Accounting 2008.F has multicurrency data control function. All transactions can be entered and saved by transaction currency and then converted to base currency. There are options for book rate accoutning method: FIFO, monthly average, moving average, specific or transaction rate. If payment rate is different from invoicing rate, rate difference will be auto recorded and if payment is made in base currency, it will be auto converted to receivables/ payables currency. Exchange rate difference for each account, customer and supplier will be calculated at period end. Reports can be printed in base currency or both in base currency and in transaction currency.

Data control per fiscal year range. Fast Accounting 2008.F provides users with data control per fiscal year range.

Users can prepare receivables/ payables reports, contract reports, construction project reports, etc. for a range of fiscal years without printing annual reports and grouping them in o­ne sheet later o­n.

Analysis reports per period range. Fast Accounting 2008.F provides users with analysis reports for a period range in a multi-column table. Data of each period are displayed in a separate column.Users can prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reports with unlimited comparison periods as well as comparison reports for consecutive periods or o­n a yearly basis.

Multi profile database control. Fast Accounting 2008.F is available with multi profile database control function. Users can view or prepare any report of each unit or of the whole corporation, such as: income statement, expense report or receivables and payables report… Data can be entered in multiple sites and transferred to the main database.

Data entry utility. Users can move from o­ne data entry screen to another with o­ne right mouse click o­nly. Reports can be viewed during data entry. Data can be filtered by any input information, by name or by code. Receiving note can be view for price lookup during issuing note entry. Voucher can be saved and printed prior to data posting to general ledger, which can be done later o­n.

Data auto-processing. Auto-allocate purchase expenses; auto define selling prices by item and customer; auto collect data and create period end transferring and allocation entries…

Drill-down feature. Drill-Down feature (master-detail feature) allows users to read detailed data at o­nce by o­nly o­ne key press or o­ne mouse click and further reading o­n the original voucher while viewing summary report.

This feature is very convenient for managers to view report data and for accountants to check and compare data.

Quick report feature. Quick Report feature makes it easy for users to create report in user-defined format by selecting columns to be included in the report, customizing column order, adjusting column width and selecting fonts (similar to MS EXCEL techniques). Report viewing utility. Data can be filtered by any input information, by name or by code, by selected data or original data. Users can view reports and group data in other ways without report re-preparing; or sort data ascending or descending by any field.

Reports printed to EXCEL and sent by e-mail. Reports can be extracted to EXCEL in the original format and sent by email without quitting the program.
